Grow the Business

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive profitable growth through our broking channel.
• Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing broker portfolios.
• Drive premium growth, achieve business targets and maintain a healthy, sustainable portfolio.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.

Build Meaningful Partnerships

• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with brokers and key business partners.
• Be a trusted partner by understanding brokers' business needs and delivering commercially relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for our broking partners.
• Strengthen broker engagement through proactive relationship management and consistent service delivery.

Turn Opportunities into Results

• Work closely with Underwriting, Claims and other internal teams to develop competitive insurance solutions.
• Support the development and introduction of products and services that meet evolving market demands.
• Drive timely premium collection and maintain sound portfolio management practices.
• Monitor business performance, identify areas for improvement and translate insights into actionable growth plans.

Lead and Inspire

• Guide, coach and support team members to deliver business objectives.
• Foster a collaborative, performance-driven environment that encourages accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure business activities align with regulatory requirements, internal policies and sound governance practices.

• Approximately 10 years of experience in the general insurance industry, with strong exposure to business development, broker relationship management or distribution.
• A proven ability to develop business opportunities, manage strategic relationships and deliver commercial results.
• Good understanding of general insurance products, market dynamics and broking channel operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to influence and engage business partners.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop others.
