About Us

CookieCrumbs Penang is looking for friendly, responsible, and hardworking individuals to join our growing team!

No experience needed — full training will be provided. Our daily operations follow clear SOPs, making the job easy to learn, even if this is your first F&B job.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve customers and provide friendly service.
  • Prepare cookies and beverages according to SOP.
  • Handle cashier duties and pack customer orders.
  • Bake cookies according to production guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Assist with daily opening, closing, and store operations.
  • Work together with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Age 18 - 35 (SPM leavers are welcome).
  • No experience required — training will be provided.
  • Friendly, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
  • Positive attitude and good teamwork.
  • Customer-focused and loves to smile!
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Malaysian only.
  • Candidates available to start immediately will be given priority.

Salary & Benefits

Full-Time/Part Time Service Crew

  • Salary range : RM2,000 - RM3200++ /month
