What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Production Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Production Engineering. You will bring strong hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation), CI/CD automation, and production operations. The ideal candidate has experience managing large-scale environments, leading incident response and root cause analysis, and influencing technical strategy and platform architecture while working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure across AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Create, monitor, and maintain data ingestion and delivery workflows using Argo Workflows.
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Contribute to platform enhancements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
• Participate in a shared on-call support rota.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or Production Engineering roles.
• Proven experience supporting and operating large-scale production environments.
• Hands-on ownership of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), with strong experience managing production workloads.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes administration, operations, and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and working experience with relational databases and data warehouses.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages, alongside strong Linux administration skills.
• Experience managing ETL processes and data workflow orchestration platforms.
• Proven track record in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and service reliability improvements.
• Evidence of driving technical strategy, architecture decisions, and platform improvements, rather than solely implementing solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, data, and product teams.
