Kelayakan

  • Hannari Sushi Kappou Fine Dining is looking for a passionate and dedicated Kitchen Helper to join our team.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Japanese restaurant, preferably in sushi preparation.

  • Ability to communicate in Japanese or Mandarin is preferred.

  • Willing to learn and continuously improve skills.

  • Hardworking, responsible, disciplined, and able to work well in a team.

  • Passionate about Japanese cuisine and hospitality.

Tanggungjawab

  • Assist chefs with ingredient preparation and food preparation.

  • Clean, cut, and portion ingredients according to the chef's instructions.

  • Assist with sushi preparation and plating.

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.

  • Wash kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.

  • Organise and store ingredients properly according to food safety requirements.

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary.

  • Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
