Digital Marketer – Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms.

• Able to plan content, write captions and understand social media trends.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing.

• Able to analyze social media performance such as views, reach, engagement and follower growth.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and complete tasks within deadlines.

• Responsible, organized and able to follow up on assigned tasks.

• Creative and willing to learn new trends, tools and marketing strategies.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable communicating with clients and internal team members when required.

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or paid advertising is an advantage.

• Basic design or video editing knowledge is an advantage but not compulsory.

• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.

• Must be willing to attend meetings, filming sessions, client discussions and Company activities when required.

• Must be proactive, responsible and committed to assigned projects.

Digital Marketing – Job Scope

Social Media Management

• Manage assigned client and Company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms.

  Content Planning

• Plan content ideas, posting schedules, campaigns and content direction based on the client’s business goals and target audience.

  Content Publishing

• Prepare and publish content, including captions, hashtags, tagging, links, thumbnails and other posting details.

  Performance Monitoring

• Monitor views, reach, engagement, followers, enquiries, leads and other relevant results. Prepare reports when required.

  Market Research

• Research competitors, trends, viral content and market developments to identify new marketing opportunities.

  Copywriting

• Prepare captions, promotional messages, campaign copy, call-to-action copy and other marketing materials.

  Client Account Support

• Support assigned client accounts and make sure all required marketing tasks and deliverables are completed on time.

  Team Coordination

• Work closely with Content Creators, Videographers, Video Editors and Management to ensure projects run smoothly.

  Meetings & Filming

• Attend internal meetings, client meetings, brainstorming sessions, filming sessions and project discussions when required.

  Campaign Support

• Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, events, collaborations, influencer campaigns and other marketing activities.

  Task & Deadline Management

• Complete assigned tasks, postings, reports, content plans and campaign work accurately and within the required timeline.

  Project Responsibility

• Take responsibility for assigned projects, follow up on pending matters and communicate with the relevant team members until the work is completed.

  Management Instructions

• The Employee is required to follow reasonable work instructions, urgent tasks and project requirements assigned by Management.

  Other Duties

• The Employee may be required to perform other reasonable duties related to digital marketing, social media, content, branding or Company operations.

  General Responsibility

• The Employee is expected to cooperate with reasonable tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Company based on business and operational needs.
