Shipping Job

a) Request Sailing schedule from forwarder.

b) Prepare proforma invoice, send at WhatsApp group and prepare shipment table.

c) Booking container and check confirmation details. - Do Planning with production and Logistic team.

d) Advice forwarder pull in and out date.

e) Update at group regarding shipment.

f) Follow up payment by refer to shipment table accordingly.

g) Prepare packing list and commercial invoice and pass to logistic

h) Courier BL copy (document related) and send tracking number to customer once permit have approve by VHM.

i) Inform customer any shipment delay or quantity adjustment.

j) Check and pass invoice to admin director once get from forwarder for filling purpose.

k) Prepare sales contract & send to customer to sign and get back.

l) Prepare proforma invoice & send to customer.

m) Follow up shipping document if haven’t receive after 3 days from ETD.

n) Follow up tracking number for shipping document.

o) Key in payment details at autocount system.

p) Open Purchase Oder (PO) for Supplier & Local customer

q) Get quotation container (refrigeration) Empty / Forwarding.

r) Application for Export / Import permit local & overseas & take Export permit at DVS.

s) Prepare full set document related import Brazil.

t) Assist in any ad-hock duties assigned by management

Purchasing Job

a) Find supplier, gather information about their product, and compare prices.

b) Help develop the company budget & assess inventory.

c) Key in stock issues & stock out.

d) Stock take production in out & check Cold Room record book.

e) Stock take packaging (carton, plastic & label sticker)

f) Locate suppliers that can provide the right goods & Services.

g) Track stock levels & ensure there’s enough stock in hand.

h) Analyze cost to ensure cost efficiency.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
