Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Good negotiation, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Able to communicate and engage professionally with people at different levels.

Positive attitude, team-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other relevant sales documents.

Handle sales enquiries via phone and email.

Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Follow up internally on order status.

Provide administrative support to the sales team efficiently and independently.

Facilitate delivery orders, handle additional requests, and maintain relevant records.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate sales information.

Provide support to the sales team using the AutoCount System.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
