Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Safety Manager di China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising the implementation of ESH policies for each project. Conduct monthly inspections of projects under construction
• Create and update safety and health policies to ensure compliance with legal standards and industry best practices.
• Establish and enforce procedures to carry out safety policies effectively across the organization.
• Regularly perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies and measures to eliminate or control identified hazards.
• Design , planning ,arrange and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety and health practices.
• Provide ongoing education and refresher courses to keep employees updated on new safety regulations and practices.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant occupational safety and health regulations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of safety inspections, audits, incident reports, and compliance records.
• Lead investigations into safety and health incidents to identify root causes. Document findings and report to management and relevant authorities as required and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of similar incidents.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of safety within the organization by promoting safe work practices and encouraging employee involvement.
• Ensure that the necessary resources, including equipment, personnel, and budget, are available to support safety and health programs.
• Ensure the proper selection, distribution, and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Responsible for monthly on-site inspection and acceptance of the implementation of high-risk projects under construction
• Responsible for formulating and implementing project accident rescue plans, accident site accident rescue resource maintenance and monthly surveys.
• Responsible for the preparation and implementation of special rectification plans for potential safety hazards in projects under construction.
• Responsible for communicating and implementing the safety policies of the Headquarters company.

Requirement:

• Degree in construction or relevant field
• 10 years or above working experience in construction field
• Possess safety certification
• Good Knowledge of local safety regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
