Role Description The Finance Administrator is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations and ensuring accurate, timely financial records. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments, reconciling bank and ledger accounts, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting. The role also involves monitoring cash flow, preparing basic financial analyses and summaries for leadership, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and relevant financial standards. The Finance Administrator will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide clear financial information to stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and tools in a fast-growing AI-focused environment.

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
• Candidates should possess solid Accounting skills, including ledger management, reconciliations, and familiarity with financial statements.
• Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven recommendations.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information effectively.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software, spreadsheets, and basic financial reporting tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a technology, fintech, or AI-focused organization, or in emerging/unbanked market contexts, is an advantage.
