Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

Knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site safety requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible for planning, scheduling and conducting the technical and management aspect of projects.

An effective communicator who is experienced in liaising with clients, sub-contractors and professional teams.

Ensure project progress with the schedule and requirement.
