Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
Lead Heads of Department to achieve operational, financial, and guest satisfaction targets.
Develop and manage annual operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, business plans, and sales and marketing strategies.
Monitor financial performance, P&L, revenue forecasts, and operating costs to maximize profitability.
Drive sales, revenue management, and yield optimization initiatives to achieve business growth.
Enhance guest satisfaction through service excellence, effective complaint handling, and continuous improvement.
Lead refurbishment projects, capital investments, maintenance, and operational improvement initiatives.
Recruit, develop, and retain talent while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.
Ensure effective procurement, engineering, facilities management, health and safety, and other support functions.
Prepare regular financial and operational reports for owners and key stakeholders.
Implement sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental policies and corporate standards.
Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the hotel owner.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline preferred
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant hotel operations experience, including in management or supervisory roles within the hospitality or service industry
Experience leading teams and coordinating hotel departments
Strong communication skills to assist guests and coordinate effectively with staff
Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and monitor operational performance
A professional approach to guest service and complaint resolution
