Handle the full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial statements
Maintain and reconcile investment transactions, fund records, bank accounts and general ledgers
Process capital calls, distributions, investment trades and cash movements
Maintain investment schedules, portfolio records and prepare monthly management reports
Review statutory filings and tax documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers and corporate secretaries
Assist with bank account opening documentation and other ad-hoc finance duties
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min Degree in Accounting or Finance
Min 2 years experience in relevant roles
Working Location: Central Area
Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 545pm)
Salary: Up to $5000
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Able to commit for 3 months Contract - Subject to extension/conversion
