Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide project and programme management initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, portfolio reporting, project controls, and delivery standards.
- Manage technology transformation, digital transformation, and regulatory change programmes across global and regional teams.
- Oversee project planning, execution, resource allocation, financial tracking, timelines, and benefits realization.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare executive dashboards, governance reports, and Steering Committee presentations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Data Analytics, and Business stakeholders to drive cross-functional delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit standards, and enterprise governance policies within financial services environments.
- Drive Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, SDLC governance, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project Management experience (8-10 years)
- PMP? and/or SAFe? certification
- Strong experience in programme management and enterprise PMO
- Stakeholder management and portfolio governance
- Regulatory Compliance & Submissions expertise
- Experience in financial services environments
- Agile Methodology knowledge
- SSAE 18 audit standards familiarity
- Experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
