Hands-on technical experience in electronics repair
Customer-facing technical support exposure
Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot power supply failures, identify root causes and carry out necessary repairs.
Perform testing, diagnosis and repair of defective electronic units to ensure product reliability.
Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support by assessing customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
Analyse technical issues and communicate repair findings, product information and solutions to customers.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely technical support and effective resolution of customer issues.
Job Requirements
Minimum
Diploma in Electronics Engineering
or a related technical discipline.
Preferably with hands-on experience in
power supply repair, electronic troubleshooting or equipment servicing
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose technical faults and recommend practical solutions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work independently and in a team.
