Dental Caller｜Part-Time / Full-Time

No need to find your own leads or have prior dental knowledge. We provide customer enquiries, a company phone line, a CRM system and training to help you get started.

Join Big Group and support Big Dental by calling people who have enquired through our advertisements about dental implants, dentures and clear aligners. You’ll understand their needs, explain basic information, follow up on enquiries and help them book appointments.

What You’ll Do

• Call interested customers: Contact people who have submitted enquiries through our advertisements about dental implants, dentures or clear aligners.

• Answer enquiries and explain information: Introduce our services and appointment process based on your training. Refer questions about individual treatment plans or clinical advice to the clinic team.

• Book appointments: Coordinate suitable branches and appointment slots based on each customer’s preferred location and availability.

• Update CRM records: Record customer needs, call outcomes, booking status and next follow-up steps after each call.

• Follow up on pending enquiries: Understand customers’ questions and concerns, provide relevant information and help them proceed with a booking.

Some of our customers are seniors who prefer speaking over the phone to texting. Patience, clear explanations and consistent follow-up are key to doing well in this role.
