YOTEL Kuala Lumpur City Center

YOTEL Kuala Lumpur, our first hotel in Malaysia, will be situated in the capital’s Central Business District. Featuring 300 rooms, the hotel will showcase YOTEL’s latest features including the brand’s signature robotic concierge, motorised SmartBeds, and fully integrated technologies for which YOTEL is known.

Guests will have access to the brand’s multi-functional dining and co-working space – a 24-hour fitness centre, a Grab + Go snack station, and meeting hubs that can be used to network and relax. Guests, visitors of the hotel and locals will also have access to a rooftop pool and bar offering views of the city skyline.

About the role

You will be responsible for supervising daily food and beverage service, making sure guests receive warm, attentive service and that every shift runs smoothly. From leading and motivating the team on the floor and handling guest feedback to supporting stock control, maintaining hygiene and service standards and training new team members, you will play an important role in delivering a consistently great experience across our restaurant and bar.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced F&B team member or captain who enjoys leading by example, loves working with people and is ready to take on more responsibility as they grow their career in hospitality.
