1. SALES EXECUTIVE


Job Descriptions


  • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions and incentive programs
  • Analyze market trends and provide timely feedback to the management team to adapt sales strategies
  • Collaborate with product and branding teams to align sales strategies
  • Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new distributors / stockists
  • Prepare accurate and timely activity reports and performance analysis



What we're looking for


  • Proven experience in sales (preferably in the agriculture, agrochemical, fertilizer, or biotech industry)
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication and closing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
