Responsibilities:
You will embed with customers and internal teams to turn AI use cases into working full-stack products, from first prototype to production on AWS.
Responsibilities
  • Build and deploy full-stack AI applications using Python, Django and React.
  • Implement RAG pipelines and LLM-powered features (chunking, embeddings, retrieval, prompting, guardrails).
  • Work directly with customers to understand requirements, demo solutions and iterate quickly.
  • Deploy and operate services on AWS (EC2/ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway).
  • Monitor, evaluate and improve model quality, latency and cost in production.
  • Document solutions and feed customer learnings back to the product and engineering teams.
Preferred
  • LangChain or LlamaIndex, Docker, CI/CD, and customer-facing or consulting experience.
Location: Penang, Malaysia. Hybrid (in office part of the week).
Qualifications:

Required qualifications
  • 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong Python and Django; hands-on React (modern JavaScript or TypeScript).
  • Working experience on AWS.
  • AI experience is required: LLM APIs/models and RAG (vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering).
  • Solid REST API, SQL and Git skills.
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
