Kerja Sepenuh Masa Project Engineer - Development, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di DPS Resources Berhad Melaka - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor development projects from the initial planning stage through design, approval, construction and project completion.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, relevant authorities and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and coordinate engineering drawings, technical specifications, design proposals and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, feasibility assessments and development plans.
• Coordinate the submission of development plans, technical documents and applications to relevant authorities, where applicable.
• Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets, quality standards and project requirements.
• Identify potential project risks, technical issues, design discrepancies and delays, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Attend project coordination meetings and follow up on outstanding matters with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor design changes, variation orders, project costs and resource requirements throughout the development process.
• Conduct site visits and inspections when necessary to verify project progress and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Prepare project progress reports, meeting minutes, technical reports and other documentation for Management review.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, defect rectification and handover activities to ensure projects are completed according to the required standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, local authority requirements, safety regulations and company procedures.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in project engineering, property development, construction or project coordination.
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, technical submissions and development approvals will be an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and project documents.
• Good knowledge of project planning, progress monitoring, cost control and risk management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project or other relevant project management software will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to attend meetings and travel to project sites or relevant authorities when required.
• A valid driving licence is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
