Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Photoshop (PS), CorelDRAW (CDR), and Adobe Illustrator (AI).

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is required.

Familiarity with advertising materials, large-format printing processes, and production workflows. Experience in the advertising and printing industry is an advantage.

Friendly, polite, and approachable, with a strong customer service mindset and sense of responsibility. Able to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work well in a team with a proactive attitude.

Communicate and follow up with customers to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met.

Receive customer files and handle order processing, order placement, follow-ups, and delivery arrangements.

Arrange packing, warehouse dispatch, and logistics. Verify finished products against specifications and quantities, prepare delivery orders and billing documents, and follow up on installation issues, customer acceptance, payment collection, and after-sales matters.

Coordinate internally with relevant departments on production orders and follow-ups to ensure customer requirements are met.

Handle customer after-sales service matters and assist in maintaining good customer relationships.

Cooperate actively with other departments to support daily operations.
