Role Description The Barista role at Sejana Coffee is a full-time, on-site position based in Cheras. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and serving a variety of espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and café specialties, while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and delivering friendly, attentive service. Baristas help with food preparation, restocking supplies, and keeping the bar, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized. Team members also support café operations by following health and safety guidelines, collaborating with colleagues during busy periods, and contributing to a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming experience for all guests.
• Non- Experiance in Coffee also are welcome to apply,we provide training for new comers Barista.
• Barista skills and hands-on experience with espresso machines, coffee brewing methods, and drink preparation.
• Effective Communication skills to take orders clearly, interact with guests and team members, and handle inquiries or feedback.
• Food Preparation skills, including basic café food handling, portioning, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks during peak hours.
• Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and working a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Prior café or hospitality experience is an advantage, but motivated candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
