Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and support daily retail operations, including managing stock inventory and responding to customer enquiries, to ensure smooth store functioning and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries and feedback to enhance customer experience
Deliver high-quality customer service to meet customer needs and promote store reputation
Manage daily stock inventory to ensure product availability and accurate stock records
Assist with daily store operations to support efficient workflow and team collaboration
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Completed minimum Secondary school education or higher
Experience in retail or jewellery sales is an advantage
Demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive working attitude
