Oversee the Group's day-to-day operations across Singapore and regional offices, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with the CEO and senior management to execute business strategies, drive growth and improve operational performance.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Sales, Business Development, Case Management and Operations.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and internal controls to enhance productivity and governance.
Monitor business performance, operational risks, budgets and key performance indicators, and implement improvement initiatives.
Ensure operational activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and governance standards.
Drive regional coordination, resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
