Job Summary

Lead the warehouse team and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, accurate and efficient inbound, outbound and inventory activities while meeting customer requirements and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Coordinators, Shift Leaders and Operators in accordance with SOP/WI.
• Plan manpower, work schedules, shifts and daily operational activities.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, productivity and training.
• Oversee receiving, putaway, storage, cargo movement and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct daily floor/Gemba checks and ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions.
• Troubleshoot shipment, inventory, receiving and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor WMS/UWS updates and ensure accurate operational reporting.
• Handle internal/external customer enquiries and operational requirements.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement to improve productivity and service level.
• Arrange overtime/weekend/public holiday support when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• WMS/UWS experience will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
