Kerja Sepenuh Masa MATERIAL CONTROLLER, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,000 di RM LEOPAD SDN BHD - MELAKA BRANCH Melaka - Maukerja

ROLE PURPOSE - MAIN TASKS

· To coordinate on loading and unloading of materials from trucks including scaffolding.

· Perform inspection, and physical count on scaffold / equipment’s materials to quantify against delivery documents both outgoing and incoming.

· To maintain tagging or inventory label for material identification.

· Arrange materials according to prescribed inventory system.

· Perform data entry in inventory system and maintain stock card. Monitor SMIC.

· To organize yard to store for easy accessibility of materials.

· Notifying relevance department or person upon receiving or arrival of material to store and at the user. Investigating on discrepancies, damaged and missing materials.

· To maintain service center for damage materials and maintain records on disposal of scrap materials.

· Liaising with branch manager and project management team on material requirement for project in advance.

· Planning for lorry and van movement to project and monitor on daily basis.

· Prepare and monitor HDN, HRN, WDV, Stock issuance, PRMR, Vehicle movement (road tax & puspakom).

· Monitor all store direct workers with OT hours perform with daily attendance tracking.

· Comply to all Company Policies (QMS, EMS, OSH, ABMS and other policies) SOPs, departmental procedures, goals, objectives & KPI.

· You shall be committed to ensure every task is done safely and in accordance with the company SHE Policy, Procedure Standards, Legal Requirements and Managerial Instructions. Safety, Health and Environmental awareness shall be given top priority in your daily work.

· Facilitate the planning and coordination of day-to-day warehouse operation activities. Assist and coordinate activities such as receiving, transporting, stacking and order filing.

· To carry out any other duties which is not specified herein whenever required by immediate superior / HOD/BM.

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION LEVEL & SKILLS NEEDED

· Basic knowledge about scaffoldings materials.

· Diploma / Bachelor ‘s degree in a business field such as, logistics, supply chain management, operations management, finance or engineering, mathematics or statistical analysis.

· Previous work experience especially in warehouse management is preferred. In addition, supply chain work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is considered an asset.

· At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (MS Word, MS Power point, MS Excel)

· Good communication and negotiation skills and high level of integrity.

· Full competence in project collation, communications and reporting.

· Organized approach and able to work under pressure

· Leadership qualities.
