• Deliver appropriate nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, based on assessed patient needs and established care plans.

• Contribute clinical nursing knowledge and expertise as part of the ICU healthcare team.
• Monitor patients' conditions, recognise and report changes promptly, and escalate concerns in accordance with clinical protocols and scope of practice.
• Maintain safe nursing practices and comply with applicable infection control procedures, clinical standards and institutional policies.
• Promote efficient use of clinical resources and supplies without compromising patient safety or standards of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
