Kerja Sepenuh Masa SUPERVISOR, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,300 di BOSS MANPOWER PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily site operations, coordinate workers, and oversee construction progress, quality, and site safety.

2. Independently perform carpentry tasks: formwork fabrication, timber processing, door and window frame installation, and assembly/repair of wooden components.

3. Independently perform masonry tasks: wall and floor tiling, plastering, leveling, waterproofing, bricklaying, etc.

4. Interpret construction drawings and technical specifications; perform on-site measurements and layout (setting out).

5. Drive company vehicles (Class 3 license required) to transport workers, tools, and materials, and accompany clients for on-site discussions.

6. Inspect construction quality, identify defects, resolve technical issues on-site, and rectify non-compliant work.

7. Calculate material usage and labor hours, prepare quotations, and maintain site logs.

8. Maintain hand/power tools and company vehicles to ensure equipment safety and operational readiness.

9. Coordinate and communicate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

Hold a valid Singapore Class 4 driving license; able to drive a van/truck.

Able to read and interpret construction drawings.

Possess team management skills; able to lead workers in construction tasks.

Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and lead the team to meet performance targets.

Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.

Good physical condition and stamina.

Must be willing to work night shifts, Sundays, and public holidays.

Must be able to work irregular hours based on customer requirements.

Ability to work long hours, late evenings, and weekends.
