Tanggungjawab

  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular meetings, site visits and follow-ups.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and concierge officers under supervision.

  • Monitor concierge officers’ welfare, concerns and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor service standards, staff performance and operational requirements.

  • Liaise with clients to address feedback, service requests, complaints and operational matters.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth daily operations and service delivery.

  • Monitor concierge officers’ attendance, deployment and adherence to client requirements.

  • Prepare operational reports, maintain proper documentation and follow up on outstanding matters.

  • Identify areas for service improvement and recommend solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

  • Perform administrative tasks and any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
