About the Roles

Join a Retail Advertising Service Provider as a Sales Account Executive based in Potong Pasir. This is a permanent, 5-day work week position from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, offering basic salary with performance bonus and a regular weekday work schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage existing client accounts and handle their day-to-day requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide responsive customer service to support a positive client experience.
• Address customer feedback and enquiries with suitable solutions, alternatives, and timely follow-up.
• Follow up on new sales leads generated by the sales development team.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets in line with company objectives.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and keep sales performance figures updated.
• Carry out other duties and assignments as directed by the Sales Division.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in account management, customer servicing, or sales support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
