Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Business Support Executive to assist our audit, accounting, and tax teams. In this role, you will manage client documentation, support MBRS filings, communicate with clients on deadlines, and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations. You will also support onboarding of new clients and gain valuable exposure to audit and compliance processes, helping you build knowledge and skills in a professional services environment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital filing systems.

• A team player with a proactive and learning mindset.
  

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide administrative support to audit, accounting, and tax teams, including attestation, compiling reports, and preparing bank confirmations.

2. Assist in preparing and submitting MBRS filings accurately and on time.

3. Draft and send client reminders on timelines, document submissions, and statutory deadlines.

4. Manage client documents (physical and digital) with proper tracking, filing, and monitoring.

5. Support the onboarding of new clients for smooth transition and setup.

6. Assist managers with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.
