• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion/Beauty Retail, or related fields.

• Someone who is very passionate and eager to learn about ecommerce and social media businesses.

• Proficient in basic Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel. Canva or CapCut skills are highly appreciated.

• Good with numbers and logical reasoning

• Internship period: 3 - 6 months

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to join our digital team. You will help manage our online beauty store operations, improve product listings, and support marketing campaigns across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop.

Main Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Upload and update product listings, descriptions, prices, and stock levels across e-commerce channels.

• Customer Support & Engagement: Handle customer inquiries, engage with customers and collect feedback.

• Campaigns Planning: Support the team in planning and executing promotional campaigns such as double date and payday, and other on-ground events.

• Data & Reporting: Track and record daily sales performance, traffic metrics, andcompetitor trends.

• Content Creation: Support content creators on content planning and execution
