Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) is preferred.

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage.

SPM, STPM, Diploma, and Degree in any field.

Prior experience in customer service, call center, or telesales is an advantage.

Able to work under pressure and meet daily performance targets.

Willing to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

Positive attitude with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Manage customer accounts with outstanding balances through structured follow-ups and payment recovery calls.

Communicate with customers to explain payment oblligations and negotiate suitable repayment arrangements.

Negotiate revised payment schedules and partial settlement options based on customers' circumstances.

Handle difficult and sensitive conversations professionally while maintaining a calm and solution-focused approach.

Maintain accurate records of customer inreractions, case updates, repayment arrangements, and payment details in the internal system.

Verify customer identities and contact information in accordance with approved verification procedures.

Utilize multiple communication channels, including calls, messages, and emails, to reconnect with unreachable customers.

Identify and escalate suspicious activities, disputes, and high-risk accounts to supervisors for further review.

Ensure all collection activites are conducted in accordance with company policies, compliace requirements, and ethical guidelines.
