• Experience: 2 to 5 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, agency recruitment, or recruitment coordination experience.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Tools & Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Communication & Coordination: Able to coordinate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and external recruitment partners.

• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple hiring activities and priorities simultaneously.

• Ownership & Growth Mindset: Demonstrates accountability, initiative, and continuous improvement.

• Nationality: Open to Malaysian, Indonesian, and Filipino candidates.

1. Recruitment & Candidate Management

• Manage assigned hiring requirements and candidate pipelines from screening through offer stage.

• Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and recruitment partners to ensure smooth progression.

• Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

2. Recruitment Operations & Data Management

• Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback, and ensure timely completion of recruitment activities.

• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, interview systems, and hiring documentation.

• Support recruitment reporting and monitor hiring progress, bottlenecks, and key recruitment metrics.

3. Stakeholder Coordination & Continuous Improvement

• Manage communication and follow-up with internal stakeholders and external headhunters.

• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and support improvements to hiring processes, tools, and workflows.

• Contribute to recruitment projects and initiatives that improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
