Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Basic numeracy and cashiering skills.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented.

Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Previous cashier, retail, or hardware shop experience is an advantage.

Willing to learn about hardware products.

Handle cashier duties including receiving payments and issuing receipts.

Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases.

Arrange and replenish hardware products on shelves.

Check product prices and ensure correct billing.

Assist with stock checking and inventory management.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.

Assist with receiving and arranging incoming goods.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
