• Degree in Business, Mass Communication, Marketing, Administration, or its equivalent.

• Open to all students looking for an internship, preferably those who can commence internship in August / September / October 2024.

• Good people interaction & communication skills.

• Planning and organizing skills. Has eye for details.

• Able to work cohesively in a dynamic team environment with a focus on customer need and departmental goals.

• Computer literate.

YYC is looking for energetic talents who's passionate about Business and Marketing to join us for a minimum of 10-week internship! The available opportunities are as below:-

Research and Analysis Intern

Content Development:

• Conduct research on trendy topics (Find and utilize own resources)

• Create engaging and relevant content

• Write articles, reports, and other written materials

Video Production:

• Plan and shoot videos for social platforms

• Edit and produce quality video content

Social Platform Management:

• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, XHS)

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate project tasks and timeline

• Assist in the organization and execution of projects

• Event Support

• Help coordinates during event

• Ensure smooth execution of event activities

Event Intern

• Assist in planning and execution of company marketing related activities such as sales launches, virtual events, courses, workshops, and road shows.

• Coordinate all operations and promotional activities for virtual events.

• Manage customers and the public with tact and diplomacy and relationship building.

• Handle guests and clients during the online events.

• Assist in inviting potential leads and contacts to monthly events.

• Asist in setting up appointments for consultants to assist SMEs / business owners to meet their business objectives.

• Assist in any other ad-hoc task as required.

• Arrange and test all event logistics including audio visuals, décor and overall setup to ensure all are in good working order.

Admin Intern

• To assist in preparation of sales quotation.

• Contact clients to obtain relevant supporting documents.

• Responsible for attending to customer enquiries for quotation, requests, and any other operational issues by calls & emails.

• Handle customers’ enquiry on products and pricing.

• Explaining our products & services and having the ability to meet our customer’s needs.

• Create XPM.

• HRDF documents preparation and send to client and follow up with BD team.

• Learn HRDF application process which able to answer client if any problem face by clients.

• Monitor, issue and send payment advice to those clients/participants registered for the events.

• Assist in the calculation of commission for the Marketing team.

• Maintain up-to-date accurate sales reports & records.

• Any ad hoc task assigned.
