Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
Minimum SPM qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Mandarin candidates are preferred.
Tanggungjawab
Manage daily communication, including answering phone calls, sorting emails, and greeting visitors.
Prepare invoices, quotations, memos, letters, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems, perform data entry, and prepare reports.
Provide general office support, including ordering supplies, monitoring office inventory, and coordinating with vendors.
Assist with logistics and transportation arrangements when required.
Ensure proper documentation and smooth daily administrative operations.
