Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce platform management, preferably with Shopee and/or TikTok.

Experience in platform marketing, planning and campaign management is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of online marketing and e-commerce.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Able to work independently and meet targets.

Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Manage and optimise the company’s Shopee and TikTok platforms, including product listings, store performance and account management.

Plan and execute platform marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement and sales.

Plan and manage Shopee campaigns, promotions and sales activities.

Plan and execute TikTok marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Monitor sales performance, traffic, engagement and campaign results, and identify areas for improvement.

Monitor TikTok trends and e-commerce market trends to develop relevant marketing strategies and content ideas.

Develop and implement platform marketing plans based on business goals and target audiences.

Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to improve brand awareness, platform performance and sales.

Create and manage engaging content, captions and promotional materials for e-commerce and social media campaigns.
