Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer (internal/external) issues and enquiries, provide appropriate solutions as well as accurate and complete information via phone and email.
• Perform proper follow up to ensure resolution within SLA.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders as necessary to resolve customer issues.
• Provide support and educate/guide customers on product and system navigation.
• Provide support on forms enquiries/clarifications/rejections via calls and emails.
• Follow internal procedures & guidelines, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers as well as colleagues at all times.
• Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Handle inbound calls (internal) from RMs/Assistant RMs & branches.
• Any other tasks/duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder with a minimum of 1 year of banking industry experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Innovative and creative in problem solving with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, with positive work attitude.
• Knowledge of corporate products and services.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
