Role Summary
We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and results-oriented Sales Officer to spearhead the expansion of our brand's cloud/grab-and-go franchise concept. In this high-impact role, you will partner with local cafes, minimarts, and independent retail spaces across Singapore to set up integrated Grab and Foodpanda delivery/pickup storefronts. Key Responsibilities

• Partner Acquisition & Outreach: Identify, prospect, and pitch local cafe and minimart owners on hosting our franchise/delivery-optimized product lines on major delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda).
• End-to-End Onboarding: Guide partners through the entire setup process—from initial agreement and inventory consignment to menu/catalogue integration and staff orientation.
• Relationship Management: Build strong, collaborative relationships with existing partner merchants to ensure high operational standards, optimal inventory levels, and maximized sales performance.
• Market Expansion: Map out target territories across Singapore, scout high-potential neighborhoods, and execute localized outreach strategies.
• Sales Targets & Reporting: Track daily/weekly outreach metrics, close deals against monthly targets, and provide regular pipeline updates to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Sales Drive: Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, business development, or merchant acquisition (F&B or retail experience is a strong advantage).
