• Online Platform Management
• Manage customer orders and enquiries through Shopee, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and other online platforms.
• Monitor incoming orders, payments, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
• Ensure all online orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Customer Service
• Respond to customer enquiries via chat, WhatsApp, comments, and messages professionally.
• Provide product information, pricing, stock availability, and delivery updates.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Order Processing & Coordination
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure correct picking, packing, and delivery of orders.
• Monitor order fulfilment and delivery status.
• Ensure stock information and product listings are updated accurately.
• Product Listing & Promotion
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, prices, photos, and promotions.
• Assist in preparing promotional campaigns, vouchers, and online sales activities.
• Maintain the company's Facebook page and TikTok Shop content as required.
• Sales & Reporting
• Monitor online sales performance and customer feedback.
• Prepare daily or monthly reports on orders, sales, returns, and customer enquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer engagement.
• Other Duties
• Maintain proper records of online transactions and customer communications.
• Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and accounts departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or online sales is an advantage.
• Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Facebook business tools.
• Good communication skills and customer service attitude.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and online order management.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
