We are hiring for the position of F&B Executive.
Job Responsibilities: •
Help oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service flow.
Guide and motivate service crew to maintain high productivity and service standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer feedback or complaints.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency according to company standards.
Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
Train new employees on service procedures, SOPs, and company policies.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to improve service quality.
Manage inventory, stock ordering, receiving, and stock count to minimize wastage.
Coordinate with kitchen and suppliers to ensure adequate stock and uninterrupted operations.
Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to achieve outlet targets
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
Control operating costs, including labor, food cost, and wastage.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any repair requirements
Assist the Outlet Manager in implementing promotions, audits, and operational improvements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree
Minimum 1-2years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
