Job Description

We are looking for a System Analyst to support application development, system integration, and project implementation within a financial services environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing the application lifecycle, analysing system requirements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Involve in the full project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and are completed within the agreed schedule and budget.
• Analyse system requirements and identify gaps in existing applications, recommending suitable improvements and solutions.
• Manage application integration and provide technical solutioning to support business needs.
• Review technical specifications, system documentation, and application-related deliverables.
• Manage project environment issues and ensure system availability and uptime.
• Coordinate and manage code migration, deployment, and implementation activities.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project-related issues and incidents.
• Provide application support and assist in resolving critical project issues when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 Years of working experience as a System Analyst or in a related role.
• Knowledge or experience in financial services and financial applications.
• Experience working throughout the full application lifecycle within a distributed system design and development environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative.
• Adaptable to changes and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with new technologies.
• Willing to work outside normal office hours when required to support critical project issues.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
