Job Description:

• Perform daily collection of payments submitted by sales representatives and update cash, cheque, and IBG collections.
• Key in Official Receipts (OR) into the system and release Accounts Receivable (AR) batches after verification.
• Identify discrepancies in OR and issue Debit Notes (DN) to customers when required.
• Update and maintain AR dispute tracking records.
• Extract AR ageing reports from the system/SOA and email them to Sales Supervisors and Managers.
• Maintain existing customer accounts and create new customer accounts in the system, including updating active and inactive account status.
• Check and compile all sales representatives’ weekly and monthly claims.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management to support the Finance Department.

Skills & Qualities Needed:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Attention to detail and confidentiality

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
