About the Roles

We are hiring a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator for a permanent position based in Jurong. This role follows a 5-day workweek, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, offering Basic Salary + Variable Bonus (VB) + Medical & Dental Benefits. You will support daily shipping and logistics operations, coordinate shipments, manage documentation, and assist with customer enquiries.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
• Arrange and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments via sea, air, and land.
• Prepare and check shipping, freight, and customs documentation for accuracy.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve issues involving delays, damaged cargo, or missing goods.
• Check supplier invoices, issue customer invoices, and keep shipment records updated.
• Support daily administrative tasks and logistics operations.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or related fields is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good organisational, communication, and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
