Job Title: Manager, Entrepreneur Selection, Asia
Job Title of Direct Manager: Director, Entrepreneur Selection (direct report)/ MD, Global Hub in Singapore (dotted line report)
Location: Endeavor Global Hub in Singapore
Endeavor Description: Endeavor is the world’s foremost community of high-growth entrepreneurs. With entrepreneurs in 50+ countries around the world, our entrepreneurs include ~100 unicorns that rely on Endeavor’s unparalleled network of peers and mentors to solve their toughest challenges. Portfolio companies include Replit (Jordan), ************* (UAE), ElevenLabs (Poland), and Rappi (Colombia).
Definition of success: Support Endeavor to select the highest-impact entrepreneurs in our markets at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and design/implement Selection Journeys for high-priority entrepreneurs based in your hub market, including diaspora founders from Elsewhere markets (40%). This includes partner programs designed to support Endeavor-type entrepreneurs in your hub market.
Support a subset of local offices directly in the selection of new Endeavor Entrepreneurs in their markets (20%).
Actively participate in the pre-work and operational and logistical support of Endeavor’s International Selection Panels and other projects undertaken by the Global Selection Team (20%).
Support in the community development and activation of Endeavor’s Global Hub in Singapore, including but not limited to mentor recruitment and engagement (20%).

Requirements
3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in entrepreneur support, consulting, finance (venture capital preferred), or entrepreneurship
Experience managing small teams (1-5 people) and influencing decision makers at all levels
Deep network of entrepreneurs, ecosystem players, and business leaders
Knowledge of Salesforce, Notion, and Social Media channels is a plus
Knowledge of Endeavor/past experience in a Local Office is a major plus
