About The Role

We're representing a multinational retail business with a strong store and online presence in SEA.

This role owns finance and logistics for the markets, partners the General Manager, and sits on the market leadership team. This is for the finance leader who has also run supply chain or operations, and wants the full picture.

What You'd Own

• Partner the General Manager and leadership team on performance and growth
• Own reporting, close, cash flow and working capital across both markets
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
• Evaluate investments and business cases on payback and return
• Run audit, tax, statutory and regulatory compliance
• Lead logistics: inventory, availability, fulfilment and cost, with providers and regional supply chain
• Lead and build the finance and operations team

What You'll Bring

• Significant finance leadership in multinational retail or consumer businesses
• Degree in accounting or finance; CA, CPA or ACCA is a plus
• Experience leading logistics, supply chain or operations in retail
• Strong grasp of controls, audit, tax and compliance
• Advanced Excel; SAP and supply chain systems are a plus
• A growth mindset with new technology: you learn the tools before you're told to, and you're honest about what you don't know yet
• The ability to give feedback that lands and receive it without armour
• Stakeholder management across functions: you keep the right people close, informed and on side
• Communication skills that hold up with senior leaders: clear, concise and credible in the rooms where decisions get made

Compensation: Senior package: competitive base + bonus, plus strong staff benefits. Office-based in Singapore with travel within the region.
