Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing and submitting monthly progress claims, payment applications, and supporting documents.
• Prepare, compile, and submit project-related documents to clients, consultants, and main contractors.
• Assist in preparing quotations, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for electrical engineering works.
• Monitor and track project claims, payment certifications, and outstanding payments.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring Variation Orders (VO), including supporting documentation and cost calculations.
• Coordinate with project teams to obtain site progress updates, measurements, and relevant documentation for claims.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, quotations, claims, invoices, and project correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project documentation and commercial matters.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in quantity surveying, preferably in electrical engineering or M&E projects, is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet submission deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work closely with the project team.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
