Manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Prepare timely financial reports, management accounts, and analytical insights to support decision-making.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Review and validate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Oversee tax compliance, statutory reporting, and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.

Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and business planning initiatives.

Maintain and enhance ERP systems and financial reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.

Partner with management and cross-functional teams to drive business performance and financial objectives.

Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with strong hands-on exposure to full-spectrum finance operations.

Proven experience in managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Hands-on experience with financial reporting, general ledger management, reconciliations, and statutory accounts preparation.

Solid understanding of corporate income tax, SST/VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Proficient in ERP and accounting systems, with SAP experience being an added advantage.

Familiarity with IFRS/MFRS and local accounting standards.
