We are looking for a marketer ready to own and drive the work, not only execute it.

Dezign Format is an experiential design and build company. We create exhibitions, events, brand activations and retail fit-out, from concept and design through fabrication, installation and handover. Every project is bespoke, the timelines are real, and the standards are high. Marketing is a small team here, which means you will be close to everything it produces.

What you will do

• Take ownership of tasks, drive assignments through to completion, and guide other team members

• Guide the visual direction of all brand materials and collateral, including presentation decks

• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, management, vendors and external partners

• Monitor marketing campaigns and performance metrics, including GEO and SEO, SEM and Google Ads

• Support ad hoc tasks and cross-departmental assignments as required

Who you are

• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to deliver high-quality work even under tight deadlines

• A keen eye for aesthetics and design, with the judgement to guide others on it

• Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Strongly organised and detailed, able to prioritise and manage several responsibilities at once

• Adaptable, resilient and receptive to feedback, with a continuous drive to improve

What you bring

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator. InDesign and Premiere Pro are an advantage

• Competence in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel

• A strong interest in copywriting, and the ability to produce professional and engaging content

• Foundational knowledge of Meta, WordPress, Mailchimp, GEO and SEO, SEM and Google Ads

• Familiarity with CapCut or other video editing tools is a plus
