We're Hiring: Data Center Sales Engineer! (Based in Malaysia)

As the demand for AI, cloud computing, and data centers continues to accelerate across Asia, LG Electronics is expanding its Data Center Cooling Solutions business and looking for an experienced Data Center Sales Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will help drive LG's growth in the data center sector by developing new business opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and promoting innovative cooling technologies that support mission-critical facilities.

What You'll Do

Identify and develop new business opportunities with Data Center Operators, Hyperscalers, Colocation Providers, Consultants, and EPC Contractors.

Drive the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification and project pursuit to proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract award.

Promote LG's advanced Data Center Cooling Solutions, including:

• Chiller Systems
• CDU (Coolant Distribution Unit)
• FWU (Facility Water Unit)
• Liquid Cooling Solutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the data center ecosystem.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen LG's market presence.

Collaborate closely with local teams and Asia HQ to maximize business growth and achieve sales targets.

What We're Looking For

5-8 years of sales experience in HVAC, Data Center, Critical Facilities, or related industries

Strong experience in project sales, account management, and business development

Understanding of Data Center Cooling Solutions, HVAC systems, or mission-critical infrastructure

Existing network with Data Center customers, consultants, or EPC partners is highly preferred

Strong communication, solution selling, and negotiation skills

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields
